 Working in true partnership with the main contractor, we were tasked to provide the turnkey design, supply, and installation of the M&E service for this tenanted building that was to remain live during the entire contract period. 

Of significance was the continued occupancy of the first floor throughout the entire project by the existing tenant. Their continuation of service was a major logistical feature of this project. 

A new VRF heating and cooling system was installed to work alongside the existing 4 pipe fan coils with a new Trend BMS system that was engineered to incorporate the existing and obsolete controls. Existing primary AHU’s were refurbished with new ductwork throughout the refurbished areas to accommodate layouts incorporating BCO guidelines. 

In addition we designed, supplied and installed all fire alarm, CCTV & access control systems whilst integrating into the existing landlords systems to keeping the building live for the retained tenants whilst all refurbishment works were completed.
