A timeline of our history

2011

Incorporation

G&H Sustainability was incorporated with Companies House in March 2011. The company was a 50/50 joint venture between Andrew Hudson and Graham Kelly.

2014

Progress

By 2014 G&H Sustainability Ltd was performing well with turnover doubling year on year. Operating as a stand-alone business it was providing a wide range of renewable energy projects across the UK for both G&H Building Services and its own growing client base.

2015

Buyout

As part of a re-structure following significant growth, G&H Group acquired a 100% shareholding of the Sustainability business. Andrew Hudson was now operating as a shareholding board Director of the G&H Group whilst still retaining the position of Managing Director of the Sustainability business.

2018

Pastures New

After over 3 years with the G&H Group, and nearly eight years running the sustainability business, Andrew decided it was time for a new challenge. In September 2018 Andrew resigned from the board of G&H Group and took full control of the G&H Sustainability business.

2018

Rebrand

Following the successful buyback of G&H Sustainability, the business has been rebranded as Ivegate Limited.

2019

Growth

Our ambitions are for structured growth throughout 2019 and beyond. We are aligning ourselves for this growth with sound financial planning, exceptional service and efficient operational delivery. This will ensure that we are able to provide significant value to our clients supply chains.

2021

Progress

Having been operating for over 3 years as Ivegate, we are well established on our path to establishing ourselves as the market leaders in the design & build sector. To continue to support our clients we are now investing in the future of the business with ‘in house’ pre fabrication and manufacturing capabilities at our 16,000sq ft owned facility in Leeds.
