University of Leeds Innovation Centre

The innovation centre was a c£2.7m upgrade to facilities within the Leeds Innovation Centre to further advance the provision of education facilities for students within Leeds University Business School (LUBS). 

The project was a refurbishment of the existing facilities within the building with new ventilation, air conditioning, electrical infrastructure and domestic services throughout to suit the new internal layouts and new computer clusters for each floor. 

We were appointed to provide the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the full M&E services including all specialist trades such as access control, CCTV, data networking that are all interfaced with the universities central estates function. 

All works were carried out in a condensed project period of only 16 weeks on site with a 2 week lead in period for design submission and incorporating client comments.
