Ivegate provided the design and installation of all mechanical and electrical services across three floors of fit out of the Charter Square building in Sheffield that fully integrated with landlords existing services.

The electrical services installations included lighting, lighting controls, LV Distribution, Fire alarm, Access controls and Data services whilst the Mechanical services included the installation of 4 port fan coil units providing both heating and cooling via the existing low pressure hot water and chilled water systems, gas fired hot water generation, centralised fresh air distributed from the landlord system to the tenant space, a complete new BMS system to integrate with the existing landlord system to allow both full control by the tenant and oversight by the landlord.
