How We Did It
We were commissioned directly by the client to design, supply and install a 249 kWp solar system to offset the on site energy demand.
The System consisted of 909 x 275Wp JA Solar Polycrystalline photovoltaic panels mounted on a Sunfixings MRD Mini Mounting system, connected to 9No. SMA Tripower 25000TL-30 25kW inverters.
This was an existing Trapezoidal roof. The client wished for maximum energy offset so we designed a system to fit on the most southerly roof aspects. The system was installed over 5 weeks while the building remained operational.
The system is an integral part of the clients’ carbon reduction strategy as well as reducing their overall spend on grid energy.
